How to download old version of a game on Steam
win + r : "steam://open/console"
Search and find "appID" in SteamDB and safe it.
Go to "Depots" and select one. And sage safe the ID.
Go to "Manifest" and select one. And sage safe the ID.
Write "download_depot <AppID> <Depot ID> <Manifest ID>" in the terminal.
Replace all the old game files in -commen/game/ with the newly downloaded in -steamapps/content/appxxx/depotID/
Turn of "automatic updates for your game.
